Created in 1994, the Foundation of Contemporary Memory (Brussels) studies Judaism and the Jews in Belgium during the 20th century. As a “privileged partner” of the Interdisciplinary Center for Studies of Religion and Secularism (Centre interdisciplinaire d’Études des Religions et de la Laïcité – CIERL) at the Free University of Brussels (ULB), the Foundation is acknowledged as an “Approved Center” by the Council for Memory Transmission of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation. Our documentation center is open to all.
